Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done everyday after at agreed times with Shipping companies , except Week-Ends and Holidays National Foods online store uses various courier companies and is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping time frames are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond National Foods or its shipping partners control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their own refund policy within the product description. Please contact support@nfoodsstore.com with the order number and reason for return to initiate the refund or credit process. Refund or credit will not be given until items purchased on National Foods online store can be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date, for a full refund or credit of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. In order to get a full refund or credit, the product MUST be unopened. Open products will not qualify for online credit or refund. Please contact us by Email before shipping your return product.
If the product purchased from National Foods online store is damaged on arrival, a replacement would be sent at no cost to the customer. It is best to refuse receipt of the product to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for National Foods to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify National Foods immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. Email us to support@nfoodsstore.com with the claim. If you do not notify National Foods of damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
