- Beef 250 g
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2tbsp
- Sugar ½ tbsp
- National Chicken Tikka 2 tbsp
- White Pepper ½ tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Green Bell Pepper ½ cup
- Red Bell Pepper ½ cup
For Sauce
- National Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
- National Hot & Spicy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- National Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tbsp
- Scallions ¼ cup
- Sesame seeds ½ tbsp

Direction
Cooking Method:
- Slice beef into thick strips.
- Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, sugar, National Himalayan Pink Salt, white pepper, National Chicken Tikka, baking soda and marinate well and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Coat in corn flour.
- Fry beef in hot oil till golden on color.
- Add vegetables and fry for 30 seconds and strain.
- In a mixing bowl add sauce ingredients (National Chili Garlic Sauce, National Hot & Spicy Sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, National Himalayan Pink Salt) and mix well.
- In a bowl add fried beef and vegetables along with scallions and toss in sauce.
- Add sesame seeds and serve.
