Ingredients
Marination
- Chicken – 1lb
- Soy Sauce – 1tsp
- White Pepper – 1 tsp
- National Himalayan Pink Salt – ½ tsp
Curry Sauce
- Water – 1 ½ cups
- Chicken Bouillon – 1 cube
- National Curry Powder – 1 ½ tbsp
- Chinese 5 spice – 1 tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Corn Starch – 1 tsp
Chicken Cooking
- Onion – ½ cup
- Green Bell Pepper – ½ cup
- Reb Bell Pepper – ½ cup
- Green Peas – ½ cup
- Scallions – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Boiled Rice
- Water – 2 cups
- Rice = 1 cup

Direction
Cooking Method:
- In a bowl add chicken, soy sauce, White Pepper, National Himalayan Pink Salt marinate and keep aside.
- In a pan of boiling water and chicken bouillon cube to this add National Curry Powder add Chinese 5 spice, paprika, sugar, corn starch and bring to a boil till thicken and keep aside.
- In a pan add oil and cook chicken till change color add vegetables (onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, green peas) and cook for few minutes. Add curry gravy and stir well.
- In a pan boil water, add rice and cook.
- serve with spring onion and rice.
