Ingredients
For Dough
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
- All-purpose Flour 3 ½ cups
- National Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 2tbsp
Achar Qeema
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 cup
- National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Minced meat 1 lb
- National Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Tomatoes ½ cup
- National Crushed Pickle 2 tbsp
- Cilantro ¼ cup
For Baking
- Egg 1
- Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup

Direction
- In a bowl add yeast, sugar water mix well and set aside for 15minutes
- In all-purpose flour add National Himalayan Pink Salt, yogurt and yeast mixture and mix until dough-like
- Coat dough with oil and set aside to rise for an hour
- To prepare the topping, drizzle cooking oil in a pan
- Add onion, National Ginger & Garlic Paste and sauté
- Add minced meat and cook till brown
- Add National Himalayan Pink Salt, chilli flakes, tomatoes, National Crushed Pickle and cook for 10 minutes or till dry
- Cool and add Cilantro
- Roll out the dough to an oval shape
- Place topping in the center and tuck in with the edges of the dough
- Brush the top edges with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese
