Ingredients: Paneer (Cubed) 2 Cups, Cashews – ¼ Cups, Water – 2 Tbsp, Oil – 4 Tbsp, Chopped Onions (½ Cup), Cinnamon Sticks 1, Green Cardamom 2, Green Chillies 1 Tbsp, Bay leaf 1, National Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp, National Karahi Gosht Masala (½ Packet), Tomato Sauce (1 Cup), Cream 1 Cup, Sugar 1 Cup, Cashew Paste 1 tbsp.
Method: Cut cottage cheese in cubes. Fry in oil till golden and keep aside. Make a cashew paste with 2 tbsp water. Sauté onion in oil. Add green chili, cinnamon and cardamom and sauté for few sec. To this add National Ginger garlic Paste and National Karahi Ghost Masala. Add water and cook for few minutes. Add tomato paste and cream, sugar and cook till thickens. Add cashew paste and cottage cheese and mix well. Garnish with ginger and cilantro.
