Oil 2 tablespoon. Brisket meat 2 lbs. Onion ½ cup. Carrots ½ cup. Garlic cloves 2. Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon. National Delhi Nihari 1 packet. Water 2 litters. National Hot & Spicy Sauce 1 cup. BBQ Sauce ½ cup. In a dutch oven heat oil. Sear the brisket meat from both sides. Add onion, carrots, garlic cloves and tomato paste. Sauté for few minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer with the lid on for 3-4 hours or till the meat is fork tender. Shred the meat. Add national Hot & Spicy Sauce and BBQ sauce for each 2 cup of shredded meat or as power taste. Serve in between sliders
