Ingredients: Chicken breast fillets- 5, National Fried Chops Spice Mix – half packet, Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp, Olive oil – 2 tbsp, Lemon juice – 2 tbsp Mango Chilli Sauce – 1/4 cup.
Method: Thinly slice the breast fillets and flatten them. Marinade the fillets with fried chops spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for 2 hrs. Skew the fillets them on skewers, BBQ them on charcoal grill or bake them or air fry them. As they cook, brush them with Mango chilli sauce. Serve them with mango chutney and pooriyan
