Lahori Breakfast Burrito

Ingedients: Oil 2Tbsp. Diced Potatoes 1 Cup. Diced Onions 1 / 2 Cup. Chicken Breast (Julienne)1 Cup. National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp. National Murgh Cholay Masala 2 Tbsp. chopped Tomatoes 1 Cup. Chopped Green Bell Peppers (½ Cup). Water 2 Tbsp. Canned Chickpeas (1 Cup). Eggs 6. Chopped Cilantro. Chopped Green Chili. Juice Of Lime 1 / 2. Shredded Cheese Flour Tortilla. Avocado – 2 Slices.

Method: In a pan add oil, sauté potatoes and onion till light golden. To this add Julian Chicken, National Ginger Garlic paste, National Mugh Cholay Masala, tomatoes, green bell peppers, water, and chickpeas, cook for 23 minutes. Bet eggs and pour in the chicken mixture and stir and cook to desire texture. Finish with cilantro, green chili and lime juice. Spread cheese and chicken egg mixture and avocado into tortilla and fold. Brush tortilla with oil and cook on both sides for few minutes.
