Enchilada

Ingredients: Chicken Minced Meat 1 lb, Green chili 2 tablespoon, Paprika 1 teaspoon, Oregano ½ teaspoon, Garlic 1 tablespoon, National Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet, Garlic 1 tablespoon, Water 1 cup, Tortilla 8-10, Chapli Qeema, Enchilada Sauce 2 cups, Cheddar Cheese 2 tablespoon.
Method: Mix all green chili, oregano, garlic, national Chapli Kabab Masala, and water and stir well. Bring to a boil and simmer till it dries out. Place 2 tbsp meat mixture with cheese and 2 tbsp Enchilada sauce and tightly roll. Pour little Enchilada sauce in a baking tray, place stuffed tortillas and pour rest of Enchilada Sauce and cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 min at 350F.
