Ingredients: 1 chicken breast fillet, cut in long strips. 1 small onion sliced. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 3-4 cloves of garlic, sliced. 2 tablespoons spring onions (whites). 2 tablespoons spring onions (greens). 1 tablespoon chopped coriander. 2-3 green chilies, sliced thin. 2 tablespoons @nationalfoodsglobal Karahi Gosht masala. 1 tablespoon @nationalfoodsglobal hot and spicy sauce. 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce. 1 chicken bouillon cube. 1 tablespoon tomato paste. 200 grams spaghetti or any noodles of choice.
Method: Boil Noodles as per package instructions until al dente. Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, whites of a spring onion, sliced onions, and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant. Add chicken strips and Karahi masala. Cook well until the chicken changes color. Add tomato paste, then add shredded cabbage. Add soy sauce and chicken cube. Sauté for 3 minutes on medium high heat. Add noodles. Add hot and spicy sauce, and garnish with coriander and green onions.
